Otoko 60-Day Results Promise Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Otoko 60-Day Results Promise (“the Promise”). By purchasing an eligible Otoko System and submitting a claim under the Promise, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligible Products
1.1 The Promise applies only to the following Otoko Systems purchased directly from www.otoko.skin.
Essential Duo
Complete System
Ultimate System
1.2 No other Otoko products, including but not limited to individual items, trial sizes, refills, or promotional bundles, are covered.
2. Right to Claim
2.1 Purchase of an Eligible Product grants you a conditional right to make one claim under the Promise.
2.2 Eligibility is strictly subject to compliance with these Terms in full.
2.3 Each customer is permitted to make a maximum of one claim under the Promise, irrespective of the number of Eligible Products purchased.
3. Usage Requirements
3.1 You must use the Eligible Product in accordance with the directions for use supplied with the product(s).
3.2 The Eligible Product must be used for sixty (60) consecutive calendar days without interruption.
3.3 Introduction of any additional topical or oral treatments for skin conditions during the sixty-day period must be disclosed in your claim. Use of conflicting products may render the claim ineligible.
4. Documentation Requirements
4.1 Claims must include all of the following:
a) Full name and the email address used for purchase;
b) Order number(s) corresponding to the Eligible Product;
c) Accurate details of commencement date of use, frequency of application, and any deviations from the recommended routine;
d) Three (3) clear, dated, unaltered photographs of the treated area(s):
i. prior to commencement of use;
ii. after thirty (30) days of use; and
iii. after sixty (60) days of use.
4.2 Otoko may request further documentation or clarification at its sole discretion.
5. Submission of Claims
5.1 Claims must be submitted within thirty (30) days following completion of the sixty-day usage period. Claims submitted outside this period will be automatically rejected.
5.2 Claims must be submitted using the official Otoko claim form. Claims submitted via any other channel will not be accepted.
6. Exclusions
6.1 A claim will be deemed ineligible if:
a) the product was not used as directed;
b) the product was used for fewer than sixty (60) consecutive days;
c) required photographs are missing, unclear, edited, or otherwise insufficient;
d) false, misleading, or incomplete information is provided;
e) additional topical or oral treatments for skin conditions were used concurrently without disclosure;
f) dissatisfaction relates to non-performance attributes including, but not limited to, texture, scent, packaging, or price.
7. Review and Refund
7.1 Otoko will review complete claims within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
7.2 If a claim is approved, Otoko will refund the full purchase price of the Eligible Product to the original payment method. Shipping charges, duties, and taxes are excluded and non-refundable.
7.3 Otoko reserves the right to reject any claim that does not fully comply with these Terms.
7.4 Otoko’s decision in respect of any claim is final.
8. Limitations
8.1 The Promise is offered on a goodwill basis in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
8.2 The Promise is non-transferable and may not be assigned, sold, or otherwise transferred.
8.3 Refunds are limited to the value of the Eligible Product purchased.
9. Fraud and Misuse
9.1 Otoko reserves the right to investigate claims and to withhold or recover refunds where misuse or fraud is suspected.
9.2 Submission of false or misleading information may result in refusal of the claim, cancellation of eligibility for future promotions, and potential legal action.
10. Governing Law
10.1 These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
10.2 The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to these Terms.
