Individual products, trial sizes, promotional bundles, and purchases through authorised retail partners are not covered. Note: Refills for Fortify and Hydration+ are covered only when purchased alongside the full System to complete your 60-day trial.
Do I need to purchase a full routine, or does a single product qualify?
You must purchase one of the complete Systems (Essential Duo, Complete System, or Ultimate System). Single products don't qualify because the Promise applies only to integrated routines designed to work together for measurable, predictable outcomes.
Can I combine different Otoko products during the 60 days and still be covered?
You must use the same eligible System consistently for the full 60 consecutive days. You cannot switch between different Systems during this period as it would constitute a deviation from the recommended routine.
Are sample sizes, travel sizes, or gift sets included in the guarantee?
No, only full-sized Systems (Essential Duo, Complete System, Ultimate System) purchased directly from otoko.skin qualify. Travel sizes, samples, and gift sets are excluded from the Promise.
What about refills for products that run out during the 60 days?
Refills for Fortify and Hydration+ are covered by the Promise, but only when purchased alongside the original full System. You cannot purchase refills alone and expect them to be covered. The refills must be part of completing your 60-day trial of the original System purchase.
Can I use other skincare products during the 60 days and still qualify?
If you use other skincare or treatments during the 60-day trial, you'll need to disclose them. Using conflicting products without disclosure can make your claim ineligible. For the clearest results, we recommend using only your Otoko System during the trial period.

Take three clear, dated, unaltered photographs of your face (or specific areas you're treating): before starting (day 0), after 30 days of use, and after 60 days of use. Ensure they're well-lit, unedited, and taken in similar lighting conditions each time.
What if I forget to take photos before I start using the products?
All three photos (before, 30-day, and 60-day) are required for a valid claim. Without the initial "before" photo, your claim will be ineligible.
Do I need to submit photos of every product I use, or just my skin results?
You only need to submit photos showing your skin results, not photos of the products themselves. Your photos remain private, stored securely, and are only reviewed by our team for claim verification. They will never be shared externally.
Can I make a claim if I purchased during a discount or promotion?
Yes, the Promise applies to all eligible Systems purchased directly from otoko.skin, regardless of whether you used a discount code or purchased during a promotion.
How will I know if my claim has been accepted or rejected?
Otoko will contact you within 14 business days of receiving your complete claim to inform you of the decision. You'll receive communication via the email address used for your original purchase.

How do I apply for a refund under the 60-Day Results Promise?
You must submit your claim within 14 days after completing your 60-day usage period using the official Otoko claim form. Claims submitted via any other channel or after the deadline will not be accepted.
How long will it take to process my refund once approved?
Otoko reviews complete claims within 14 business days of receipt. If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method, though the time to appear in your account depends on your bank or card provider.
Will I get a full refund, including shipping?
You'll receive a full refund of the purchase price of the eligible System. However, shipping charges, duties, and taxes are excluded and non-refundable.
Can I return products I've already opened or finished?
You don't need to return empty products. If any remaining items are required, our team will let you know during the claim process.

What if I experience an allergic reaction or sensitivity?
